Short answer: it depends on whether you want deep ported extension or sealed accuracy. The SVS PB-1000 PRO is a ported 12-inch design with 325W RMS reaching down to 17Hz at $849. The SVS SB-3000 is a 13-inch sealed sub with 800W RMS, 2500W peak, delivering 118.7dB average with exceptional accuracy at $1,199, though it carries a $350 premium.
Buy the SVS SB-3000. It is rated higher for sound quality, and the $350 saving on the SVS PB-1000 PRO is not enough to make up the difference.
