Short answer: the Tribit Stormbox Micro for a more neutral sound. It is quite neutral, though it gets murky and slightly sharp near max volume, and it costs $40 against $30. The Mini 3 Pro puts lights on top but rolls off the highs. Pick the Mini 3 Pro for the light show and lower price, the Micro for the flatter tuning.
Buy the Tribit Stormbox Micro only if you find one used in good condition; both are discontinued, and it is the better rated of the two. For a new speaker, buy the Tribit Stormbox Micro 3, which replaces the Tribit Stormbox Micro.
There is a real battery-life gap here: the Soundcore Mini 3 Pro is rated for 15 hours, the Tribit Stormbox Micro only 8 hours.
