Short answer: the Minirig Mini 2, unless you want the cheaper neutral option. The Mini 2 is very neutral, though it calls itself splash resistant with no official water rating. The Stormbox Micro is quite neutral too and costs $60 less, but it gets murky and slightly sharp near max volume. The Tribit Stormbox Micro is discontinued; its replacement is the Tribit Stormbox Micro 3.
Buy the Minirig Mini 2. It is rated higher for sound quality; the Tribit Stormbox Micro is no longer sold new.
If water resistance matters to you, the Tribit Stormbox Micro at IP67 (brief submersion) holds up far better than the Minirig Mini 2 at Splash resistant (splashing).
