The Boom 2 Plus is the deeper, louder speaker. Two 4.5-inch woofers and two tweeters reach about 39Hz before falling 10dB, Alan Ross measured 111dB, and it has a Pro EQ in the app, AAC and an IPX7 rating. Its warm tuning rolls off the treble and lifts the upper bass.
The W-King X10-1 is a budget box with a huge battery. It claims 42 hours, doubles as a power bank, and has aux, microSD and USB playback, and Alan Ross measured 108dB. Its bass stops around 63Hz (-10dB), its treble is rolled off, and its EQ offers only Indoor and Outdoor modes.
Buy the Soundcore Boom 2 Plus. It is rated higher for sound quality, and the $40 you would save on the W-King X10-1 does not close the gap.

Pros: Quite a bit lighter than most of the other boombox size speakers. This speaker will likely move up as we get a good EQ tune that makes it a lot more neutral. Measured bass extension of 39Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Warm tuning meaning a rolled off treble and some upper bass boost. Reasonably deep bass, but not as good as the top ranked.
