Short answer: both are discontinued, so this only matters if you are buying used. Used, the Soundboks Go is the better pick: it ranks #30 of 44 party speakers by sound quality (rated 3.1/5), against #39 (rated 2.3/5) for the Soundcore Rave. If you want one new, the Sony ULT Tower 7 ranks #1 at $648.

The Soundboks Go is the better-sounding, longer-running option. Exceptional 40-hour battery life at mid-volume (10 hours at full volume), swappable design (second battery $200 available). It is rated for 40 hours of battery against 24 for the Soundcore Rave. The catch: Not as loud as the other Soundboks.
The case for the Soundcore Rave: 20,000mAh battery for 24-hour claimed playtime. The catch: Pretty big lack of deep bass, treble rolled off.
Buy the Soundboks Go only if you find one used in good condition; both are discontinued, and it is the better rated of the two. For a new speaker, start with the Sony ULT Tower 7 instead.
