Short answer: the SVS SB-3000. At nearly identical prices, it ranks #15 of 212 medium powered subwoofers against the F12’s #21, so there isn’t much of a real tradeoff to weigh.
Both are sealed designs with different priorities. The F12’s notes describe a sealed 12 inch servo-driven woofer with 370W RMS that offers excellent value, calling it very musical and able to disappear into small rooms, digging down to 14Hz with a well-braced cabinet. The SB-3000’s notes describe a sealed 13 inch driver with 800W RMS and 2500W peak, delivering 118.7dB average output with what the reviewer calls exceptional accuracy and pinpoint control, plus a three-band parametric EQ with 1Hz precision for room tuning.
The SB-3000’s own listed con is really a size tradeoff: at 55.1 lbs (25 kg) it’s a compact cabinet for its output, which the notes say does limit outright bass extension somewhat despite the accuracy. The F12 reaches deeper on paper with its 14Hz extension against the SB-3000’s 18Hz to 270Hz plus or minus 3dB window, but the SB-3000’s reviewer weighs its overall performance-to-value ratio as the sweet spot in this comparison.
Buy the SVS SB-3000 for the higher output ceiling, tighter accuracy, and precise room-correction EQ at essentially the same price.
Buy the Rythmik F12 if outright low-frequency extension for music matters more to you than maximum output and EQ flexibility.
