Older model: the Rocksteady Stadium Speakers and Subwoofer (rated 3.2/5).
Pros: A 2.1 kit of two battery satellites and a battery subwoofer that link wirelessly without Wi-Fi, at up to 150 ft range. Each satellite pairs a 30mm tweeter and 70mm mid/bass driver with two passive radiators, and Rocksteady claims up to 30 hours of battery life, 102dB maximum output from each satellite and bass down to 30Hz from the subwoofer. Extra speakers and subwoofers can join the same system, and each unit has an aux input and USB-C charging.
Cons: No independent measurements yet, so its sound and output can’t be compared with ranked speakers. There is no official IP water resistance rating, and the subwoofer is rated at only 96dB maximum output.

Vifa Helsinki: $449.00 Amazon eBay
Pros: Generally regarded as the best midrange and treble sound quality of any battery powered Bluetooth speaker. Measured bass extension of 48Hz (-10dB).
Cons: No TWS pairing, looks like a purse, requires a hacked Vifa app (Android only post #48) to enable night mode to sound good. This one is hard to recommend generally these days: the Uboom L has 98% of the sound quality with more features and a much cheaper price. There are mentions that the 2022 “new” version of this speaker doesn’t sound as good as Vifa was purchased by a Chinese company and laid off all the great sound engineers in the Austria office.
