Short answer: the Monoprice SSW-10, if you are buying new. The Power Sound Audio (PSA) XS15SE ranks higher than it (#30 vs #98 of 212 subwoofers, 3.9/5 vs 3.7/5) but is discontinued, so only consider it used; the Monoprice SSW-10 is still sold new at $242.99.
What the Power Sound Audio (PSA) XS15SE does well: A compact sealed 15 inch subwoofer with strong output for movies and music, now discontinued. Watch for: At 67 lbs (30.4 kg) and 495.3H x 431.8W x 457.2D mm it is heavy and sizeable even though it is sealed.
