The JBL Partybox Stage 320 is the better-sounding, tougher choice. An excellent sounding party speaker, with deep bass that holds up at high volume, wheels, a removable battery and mic inputs. It is rated IPX4, while the Audiocase S5 has no water resistance. It has an adjustable EQ, which the Audiocase S5 lacks. Watch for: Slightly sibilant in the treble at full blast.
The Audiocase S5 is the longer-running, lighter option. A stereo boombox with a long removable battery, mic and guitar inputs with reverb, and wired chaining to other units. It is rated for 30 hours of battery against 18 for the JBL Partybox Stage 320. At 17.4 lbs (7.9 kg) it weighs much less than the JBL Partybox Stage 320 at 36.4 lbs (16.5 kg). It supports aptX Bluetooth, which the JBL Partybox Stage 320 lacks.
Buy the JBL Partybox Stage 320. It is rated higher for sound quality; the Audiocase S5 is no longer sold new.
