Short answer: the JBL Partybox 310. It ranks #3 of 50 party speakers by sound quality at $579.95; the Teufel Rockster Neo ranks #11 and costs $807.72, so there is not much of a tradeoff to weigh.
What the JBL Partybox 310 gets right: Absolute deepest bass of any battery powered speaker, most balanced sound in the class, handle and wheels are convenient. The catch: Very large. Note, JBL daisychain is not compatible with any other non-JBL speaker and is possibly a fully digital signal.
On the Teufel Rockster Neo side: Similar tuning to the other Teufel speakers - pretty good, but not top of class. The tradeoff: Not quite as good sounding as the JBL Partybox 330 or Electro-Voice Everse 12.
Buy the JBL Partybox 310. It ranks higher for sound quality than the Teufel Rockster Neo and costs less, so there is no real case for the other one.
If battery life is a priority, the Teufel Rockster Neo is rated for 36 hours versus 18 hours for the JBL Partybox 310.
