Short answer: the JBL Partybox 300 for better sound quality, the Zealot PT21 for the lower price. The JBL Partybox 300 ranks #8 of 50 party speakers at $300. The Zealot PT21 ranks #15 at $216.73, $83.27 cheaper.
What the JBL Partybox 300 offers: Exceptional sound quality with crisp, crystal clear highs and midranges, hard punchy bass without muddiness. Watch for: Hard to carry, too tall, drags on the ground.
On the Zealot PT21 side: Dual 166mm woofers and 200W output in a lighter, more compact body than the ZE41, with a bundled wireless microphone and echo effect built in for karaoke. Set against that: Unlike some other Zealot models, app-based EQ customization doesn’t appear to be fully supported yet, and IPX5 means it can handle splashes but not submersion.
Buy the JBL Partybox 300 if sound quality matters more than the price. Buy the Zealot PT21 if the price matters more than sound quality.
If water resistance matters to you, the Zealot PT21 at IPX5 (water jets) holds up far better than the JBL Partybox 300 at no water resistance.

JBL Partybox 300: $300 Discontinued
Pros: Exceptional sound quality with crisp, crystal clear highs and midranges, hard punchy bass without muddiness. 2x 6.5” woofers + 3x 2.25” tweeters, bass boost function, 45Hz-20kHz frequency range. 18-hour battery with 10400mAh capacity. Multiple inputs (RCA, USB, 3.5mm aux, mic, guitar). LED light modes (meter/pulse/party). True Wireless Stereo pairing up to 2 units.
Cons: Hard to carry, too tall, drags on the ground. Max spl and bass extension are only as good as the Partybox 100. No real reason to ever get one, get a Partybox 100 instead. Note, JBL daisychain is not compatible with any other non-JBL speaker and is possibly a fully digital signal. Discontinued.
