Short answer: the JBL Partybox 300. It ranks #8 of 50 party speakers by sound quality at $300; the Teufel Rockster Neo ranks #11 and costs $807.72, so there is not much of a tradeoff to weigh.
What the JBL Partybox 300 gets right: Exceptional sound quality with crisp, crystal clear highs and midranges, hard punchy bass without muddiness. 2x 6.5” woofers + 3x 2.25” tweeters, bass boost function, 45Hz-20kHz frequency range. 18-hour battery with 10400mAh capacity. The tradeoff: Hard to carry, too tall, drags on the ground. Max spl and bass extension are only as good as the Partybox 100.
What the Teufel Rockster Neo offers: Similar tuning to the other Teufel speakers - pretty good, but not top of class. Watch for: Not quite as good sounding as the JBL Partybox 330 or Electro-Voice Everse 12.
Buy the JBL Partybox 300. It ranks higher for sound quality than the Teufel Rockster Neo and costs less, so there is no real case for the other one.
If battery life is a priority, the Teufel Rockster Neo is rated for 36 hours versus 18 hours for the JBL Partybox 300.
If water resistance matters to you, the Teufel Rockster Neo at IP44 (splashing) holds up far better than the JBL Partybox 300 at no water resistance.
