Short answer: the JBL Partybox 300. The Rockster Neo shares the other Teufel speakers’ tuning, which the source calls pretty good but not top of class, and it is not quite as good sounding as a JBL Partybox 330 or Electro-Voice Everse 12. The 300 has exceptional sound quality with crisp, crystal clear highs and midranges and hard punchy bass without muddiness, though it is hard to carry, too tall and drags on the ground.
Buy the JBL Partybox 300 at $300 if you want a party speaker. Buy the Teufel Rockster Neo at $807.72 if you want a battery-powered PA speaker instead.

Water resistance is not close: the Teufel Rockster Neo is rated at IP44 (splashing), well ahead of the JBL Partybox 300 at no water resistance.

Multiple inputs (RCA, USB, 3.5mm aux, mic, guitar). LED light modes (meter/pulse/party). True Wireless Stereo pairing up to 2 units. Measured bass extension of 40Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Hard to carry, too tall, drags on the ground. Max spl and bass extension are only as good as the Partybox 100. No real reason to ever get one, get a Partybox 100 instead. Discontinued.

Pros: Similar tuning to the other Teufel speakers: pretty good, but not top of class. Measured bass extension of 46Hz (-3dB).
Cons: Not quite as good sounding as the JBL Partybox 330 or Electro-Voice Everse 12. Bass isn’t as deep as the JBL Partybox 330 or even the JBL Partybox 130.
