Short answer: the JBL Partybox 100. It ranks #6 of 50 party speakers by sound quality at $499.99; the Teufel Rockster Neo ranks #11 and costs $807.72, so there is not much of a tradeoff to weigh.
On the JBL Partybox 100 side: Quite neutral sound, pretty deep bass. Watch for: A slight peak in the upper mids. Slight TWS issue where the 2nd is slightly delayed.
What the Teufel Rockster Neo offers: Similar tuning to the other Teufel speakers - pretty good, but not top of class. Set against that: Not quite as good sounding as the JBL Partybox 330 or Electro-Voice Everse 12.
Buy the JBL Partybox 100. It ranks higher for sound quality than the Teufel Rockster Neo and costs less, so there is no real case for the other one.
If battery life is a priority, the Teufel Rockster Neo is rated for 36 hours versus 12 hours for the JBL Partybox 100.
If water resistance matters to you, the Teufel Rockster Neo at IP44 (splashing) holds up far better than the JBL Partybox 100 at no water resistance.

JBL Partybox 100: $499.99 Discontinued Amazon
Pros: Quite neutral sound, pretty deep bass.
Cons: A slight peak in the upper mids. Slight TWS issue where the 2nd is slightly delayed. Just as loud and slightly deeper bass than a Stormbox Blast which is way smaller with better sound quality. Note, JBL daisychain is not compatible with any other non-JBL speaker and is possibly a fully digital signal. Discontinued.
