Short answer: the Wonderboom floats and takes water; the Charge 2 charges a phone. The Wonderboom is IP67 rated and floats, but it is not stereo, has barely any bass, and its treble is recessed. The Charge 2 doubles as a 6000mAh power bank, though its bass compresses at higher volumes.
Buy the JBL Charge 2 only if you find one used in good condition; both are discontinued, and it is the better rated of the two. For a new speaker, start with the Earfun Uboom L instead.
