JBL Boombox 4 vs W-King T11

Last updated: August 21, 2026

Short answer: the JBL Boombox 4 for better sound quality, the W-King T11 for the lower price. The JBL Boombox 4 ranks #17 of 73 boombox speakers at $549.95. The W-King T11 ranks #35 at $113.53, $436.42 cheaper.

The case for the JBL Boombox 4: Pretty insane output capability for the size, with 7-band EQ for better tuning than the Boombox 3. The tradeoff: It’s overpriced for the category, sounds worse than the Boombox 3 out of the box, and drops Aux input entirely.

What the W-King T11 gets right: 100W RMS output with 240W peak power, 112dB max volume, IPX6 waterproof, 10-hour battery life, power bank function, dual 5.25-inch woofers with tweeters and passive radiators, EQ with multiple modes, microphone and karaoke input, MicroSD and USB playback. Watch for: Almost as deep of bass as the top ranked ones. A little hollow sounding.

Buy the JBL Boombox 4 if sound quality matters more than the price. Buy the W-King T11 if the price matters more than sound quality.

If battery life is a priority, the JBL Boombox 4 is rated for 28 hours versus 10 hours for the W-King T11.

Pros: Pretty insane output capability for the size.

Cons: Pretty overpriced for the category. Better than the Boombox 3 mostly because there are more 7 EQ bands instead of just 3 and it can be better tuned. Try Oluv’s EQ for it. Out of the box sounds worse than the Boombox 3. No Aux input.
