Short answer: the JBL Boombox 4. It ranks #17 of 73 boombox speakers by sound quality at $549.95; the Artsound PWR05 ranks #72 and costs $799, so there is not much of a tradeoff to weigh.
What the JBL Boombox 4 gets right: Pretty insane output capability for the size, with 7-band EQ for better tuning than the Boombox 3. Set against that: It’s overpriced for the category, sounds worse than the Boombox 3 out of the box, and drops Aux input entirely.
The case for the Artsound PWR05: 150W (75W RMS) 3-way speaker with 4 drivers, no distortion even at high volume. The catch: Strange frequency peaks, sound is very hollow.
Buy the JBL Boombox 4. It ranks higher for sound quality than the Artsound PWR05 and costs less, so there is no real case for the other one.
If sound quality matters at all to you, skip the Artsound PWR05. It ranks near the bottom of the 73 boombox speakers, so look higher up the list instead.
If battery life is a priority, the JBL Boombox 4 is rated for 28 hours versus 10 hours for the Artsound PWR05.
If water resistance matters to you, the JBL Boombox 4 at IP68 (extended submersion) holds up far better than the Artsound PWR05 at IPX5 (water jets).

JBL Boombox 4: $549.95 Amazon Bhphotovideo eBay
Pros: Pretty insane output capability for the size.
Cons: Pretty overpriced for the category. Better than the Boombox 3 mostly because there are more 7 EQ bands instead of just 3 and it can be better tuned. Try Oluv’s EQ for it. Out of the box sounds worse than the Boombox 3. No Aux input.
