The ZE21’s own pros admit it isn’t the current top of its own family, describing great value for bass, play time, and max volume in the boombox class, though the Zealot ZE41 now beats it out. Its remaining complaints are a rolled-off top end and a bass EQ our notes call bloated and muddy.
