These sit in different size classes, so this is not a straight ranking comparison. The JBL 4369 ranks #7 of 89 floorstanding speakers by sound quality at $25,000; the JBL 4319 ranks #135 of 141 bookshelf speakers by sound quality at $4,000.

Why pick the JBL 4369: A two-way floorstanding studio monitor with a 15” 2219Nd-1 Differential Drive woofer and the 3” D2830B dual-diaphragm compression driver on a Sonoglass HDI horn, crossed over at 800Hz. Watch for: No independent measurements yet, so its tonal balance and directivity can’t be compared with ranked speakers.
The case for the JBL 4319: High sensitivity around 90dB and controlled bass distortion mean the large 12” woofer plays loud with copious bass and modest amplifier power needs. The tradeoff: CEA2034 spinorama shows a pronounced 800Hz dip and a comb-filtering pattern in the woofer response consistent with a delayed reflected source, plus poor and uneven vertical directivity.
Worth knowing: the JBL 4319 has been discontinued and is hard to find new at this point.
Buy the JBL 4369 at $25,000 if you want a floorstanding speaker. Buy the JBL 4319 at $4,000 if you want a bookshelf speaker instead.

Older model: the JBL 4367 (ranked lower, rated 4.6/5).
Pros: A two-way floorstanding studio monitor with a 15” 2219Nd-1 Differential Drive woofer and the 3” D2830B dual-diaphragm compression driver on a Sonoglass HDI horn, crossed over at 800Hz. JBL rates it at 93dB sensitivity, very easy to drive, with a 6 ohm load and response to 28Hz (-6dB) from its front ports. Front panel trims adjust the high and ultra-high frequencies.
Cons: No independent measurements yet, so its tonal balance and directivity can’t be compared with ranked speakers. It weighs 63.5 kg each, stands 1.12 m tall, and is sold only through JBL Synthesis dealers at a flagship price.

JBL 4319: $4,000 per pair Discontinued eBay
Pros: High sensitivity around 90dB and controlled bass distortion mean the large 12” woofer plays loud with copious bass and modest amplifier power needs. Impedance dips are well controlled, so it isn’t a hard speaker to drive despite its size. User-adjustable midrange and treble level controls are built into the back panel. Measured bass extension of 58.6Hz (-3dB), with a measured sensitivity of 89.5dB.
Cons: CEA2034 spinorama shows a pronounced 800Hz dip and a comb-filtering pattern in the woofer response consistent with a delayed reflected source, plus poor and uneven vertical directivity. The reviewer described the sound as “boxy and closed in with some brightness” and could not recommend it “unless you like looking at it more than listening to it.” At 23.5” tall, it’s closer to a small tower than a typical bookshelf speaker. Discontinued.
