Short answer: the Hopestar A90 on measured sound quality, the W-King X20S on price. The Hopestar A90 ranks #22 of 91 boombox speakers, rated 3.9/5, at $351.65. The W-King X20S ranks #30, rated 3.8/5, at $150.99, $200.66 cheaper.
Why pick the Hopestar A90: A huge, powerful 700W boombox with eight drivers (two 5” woofers, two 3.5” midranges and four tweeters), a removable 36,000mAh battery and a wireless microphone. Watch for: The JBL PartyBox Encore Essential 2 was the better, more refined listen in a direct comparison.
The case for the W-King X20S: Clearer and smoother than the larger W-King X20 at about half its size and weight, and in side by side tests it held its own against the Harman Kardon Go + Play 3, with nicer, more exposed mids and more volume. The tradeoff: Less bass and depth than the X20 and about 3dB quieter, and at maximum volume its mids and highs start to drown out the bass.
Buy the Hopestar A90 if sound quality matters more than the price. Buy the W-King X20S if the price matters more than sound quality.

Hopestar A90: $351.65 AliExpress eBay
Pros: A huge, powerful 700W boombox with eight drivers (two 5” woofers, two 3.5” midranges and four tweeters), a removable 36,000mAh battery and a wireless microphone. In side by side tests it had better highs, clarity and soundstage than the Zealot ZE21 while still reaching deep, reviewers picked it over the JBL Boombox 4 for its bass and output, and it sounded powerful and true to the music against the JBL PartyBox Encore Essential 2. Bluetooth 5.4 with Auracast, IPX6, USB, TF and aux inputs, RGB lights and a strap attachment.
Cons: The JBL PartyBox Encore Essential 2 was the better, more refined listen in a direct comparison. The Yeahbox Sonic Boom Ultra measured roughly 3 to 5dB louder. There is no app or EQ. It is very large and heavy (13.2 kg boxed), claims only 6 to 8 hours of battery, and it is sold through AliExpress rather than US retailers.

W-King X20S: $150.99 AliExpress W-King eBay
Pros: Clearer and smoother than the larger W-King X20 at about half its size and weight, and in side by side tests it held its own against the Harman Kardon Go + Play 3, with nicer, more exposed mids and more volume. 140W RMS (180W peak), IPX7, Bluetooth 5.4, a built-in microphone, TF card, USB and aux playback, FM radio, a carry handle and a shoulder strap.
Cons: Less bass and depth than the X20 and about 3dB quieter, and at maximum volume its mids and highs start to drown out the bass. With a flat EQ the bass is cut off, so it needs the bass boost. The JBL PartyBox Encore Essential 2 sounded better in a direct comparison. Sold direct from W-King in the US.
