Different classes, so treat this as a step-up-or-not question rather than a head-to-head. The Denon Home 350 ranks #6 of 6 powered desktop speakers by sound quality at $749; the Sonos Move 2 ranks #25 of 78 large speakers by sound quality at $496.11.

The case for the Denon Home 350: RTINGS measured it getting pretty loud with lossless streaming support from platforms like Roon, Tidal and Spotify, and found its Alexa voice assistant support outstanding, with hands-free far-field mics built directly into the speaker. The tradeoff: RTINGS measured a slightly boomy sound profile out of the box and disappointing directivity, so the sound changes noticeably off to the side of the cabinet, plus compression artifacts as it nears max volume.
The case for the Sonos Move 2: Warm sounding with somewhat rolled off treble. The tradeoff: Not very loud.
Buy the Denon Home 350 ($749) for a powered desktop speaker; the Sonos Move 2 ($496.11) suits a large speaker instead.
If water resistance matters to you, the Sonos Move 2 at IP56 (powerful water jets) holds up far better than the Denon Home 350 at no water resistance.

The Two Speakers In Full
Denon Home 350: $749 each Amazon eBay
Pros: RTINGS measured it getting pretty loud with lossless streaming support from platforms like Roon, Tidal and Spotify, and found its Alexa voice assistant support outstanding, with hands-free far-field mics built directly into the speaker. Two 0.75-inch tweeters, two 2-inch midrange drivers and two 6.5-inch woofers are each driven by their own Class D amp, six in total, and the companion app adds bass and treble sliders for room-to-room tuning.
Cons: RTINGS measured a slightly boomy sound profile out of the box and disappointing directivity, so the sound changes noticeably off to the side of the cabinet, plus compression artifacts as it nears max volume. Bluetooth latency measured extremely high on both iOS and Android, making it a poor match for watching video over Bluetooth, and there’s no battery, so it’s an indoor, mains-powered speaker only.

Sonos Move 2: $496.11 Amazon eBay
Pros: Warm sounding with somewhat rolled off treble. Slightly better midrange clarity than the Move 1.
Cons: Not very loud. It may share the Move 1’s full-volume issues, though more sound samples at full volume are needed to confirm that.
