Short answer: the Turtlebox Grande, if you are buying new. The Aiwa Exos-9 ranks higher than it (#9 vs #71 of 91 boombox speakers, 4.2/5 vs 2.6/5) but is discontinued, so only consider it used; the Turtlebox Grande is still sold new at $730.
The Aiwa Exos-9 is the better-sounding, deeper-bass pick. It still sounds great against current models. Its bass reaches about 44Hz before falling 10dB, against 55Hz for the Turtlebox Grande. It has an adjustable EQ, which the Turtlebox Grande lacks.
The Turtlebox Grande is the longer-running, tougher option. 10-inch woofer. It is rated for 25 hours of battery against 10 for the Aiwa Exos-9. It is rated IP67, while the Aiwa Exos-9 has no water resistance. It links with other speakers (Turtlebox Party Mode), which the Aiwa Exos-9 cannot. The tradeoff: In YouTube sound samples it sounds only okay, and bass is shallow for a 10 inch woofer, only down 10dB at about 55Hz.
Buy the Turtlebox Grande if you want one new; the Aiwa Exos-9 is discontinued, so only look for it used.

Turtlebox Grande: $730.00 Amazon eBay
Pros: 10-inch woofer. IP67 submersible shell with crush-proof ABS exterior. 158Wh battery provides ~3 days of playback. Bluetooth 5.4, party mode (100+ speakers). Measured bass extension of ~55Hz (-10dB).
Cons: In YouTube sound samples it sounds only okay, and bass is shallow for a 10 inch woofer, only down 10dB at about 55Hz. It is rated at just 86W, and like the smaller Turtleboxes it won’t reach its claimed 126dB at a standard one meter distance. Expensive for what it delivers. It charges only from its own barrel plug adapter, not USB-C.
