In-Ear Headphones
Ranked #605 of 668 in In-Ear Headphones - V-MODA Zn: $358.35 Amazon $358.35 eBay
Pros: An inline microphone and a 16 ohm, 105 dB/mW load make it a convenient phone earphone that gets loud without an amplifier. Bass sits about 6.9 dB above target with lifted treble, a fit for listeners who like a warm, V-shaped sound.
Cons: In oratory1990’s measurement an 8.9 dB peak near 5.8 kHz adds harshness to vocals and snares, while low mids 4.4 dB above target thicken and muddy the midrange. The Etymotic ER4XR rates higher and costs less.

Over-Ear Headphones
Ranked #277 of 308 in Over-Ear Headphones - V-MODA M-200 Discontinued eBay
Pros: Lower mids sit within about 0.5 dB of target, keeping voices and guitars natural. It uses 1 x 50mm dynamic with an easy 30 ohm load.
Cons: Discontinued, so it is mainly found used. Presence sits about 10.7 dB low with a 15.8 dB dip near 3.9 kHz, so vocals and instruments lose some bite. Sub-bass is 6.3 dB short at 30 Hz, so deep bass lacks rumble. A Harman score of 44 places it in the lower part of the over-ear rankings.
