Pros: An updated iLoud Micro Monitor with the ARC room correction from the iLoud MTM MKII: the included measurement microphone analyzes your room and corrects the response in about two minutes. Each speaker has a 3” woofer and 1” silk-dome tweeter with 50W of Class D power, specified at 50Hz to 20kHz (±2dB) and up to 109dB peak, deep and loud for its tiny size. An adjustable stand tilts it toward your ears on a desk.
Cons: No independent measurements yet, so its tonal balance and directivity can’t be compared directly with measured speakers; the rating is estimated from the measured iLoud Micro Monitor and MTM MKII. Bass ends around 50Hz, so it still benefits from a subwoofer for full-range listening.
