#35 Genelec 1032A: $3,800 per pair Discontinued eBay
Newer model: the Genelec 1032C, ranked higher, estimated 4.5/5.
Pros: A large two-way studio monitor with a 10” woofer, a 1” metal dome tweeter in Genelec’s waveguide and 300W of amplification. The only Spinorama data shows an exceptionally flat on-axis response (0.11 average deviation), a listening window within 1.6dB from 300Hz to 5kHz and deep bass, 35.1Hz (-3dB), for a preference score of 6.87. Measured bass extension of 35.1Hz (-3dB).
Cons: That data is low quality, digitized from a published chart. It weighs 21.7kg each. Produced 1992 to 2013; replaced by the 1032C. Discontinued.
How it compares: Just above it: KEF LS LUXE - $2100 more. Just below it: ADAM Audio A8H - $350 cheaper.
