Pros: A current US-made compact speaker with a coaxial driver for consistent geometry and multiple real-wood finishes. Its local Spinorama snapshot climbs from 1.67 to 4.74 with a subwoofer, and the 8-ohm nominal, 5-ohm minimum load is amplifier-friendly.
Cons: The 74Hz measured extension, 86dB specified sensitivity and low raw preference score make a subwoofer and EQ important. First-order crossover behavior produces response/directivity compromises, and the price is high relative to the measured neutrality and output.
