#112 Klipsch Icon KF-26: $700 per pair Discontinued eBay

Pros: A two-way tower with two 6.5” woofers and a 1” aluminium compression driver on a Tractrix horn. Sensitivity is very high at 97dB, so small amplifiers drive it loud. Measurements show a preference score of 5.12 that reaches 6.98 with an ideal subwoofer, with 0.43 listening window deviation. Measured bass extension of 83.1Hz (-3dB).

Cons: The on-axis response is uneven (0.82 average deviation). Klipsch ended the Icon line. Bass reaches 83.1Hz (-3dB) and about 38Hz (-10dB). That data is low quality. Discontinued.

How it compares: Just above it: MartinLogan Motion F20 - $1170 more, 5Hz lower bass extension (-3dB). Just below it: JBL Project K2 S9900 - $21650 more, 4Hz lower bass extension (-3dB).
