Pros: A compact two-way with a 5” Continuum cone and 1” aluminium dome tweeter. Audio Science Review measured bass to 63.0Hz (-3dB) and about 42Hz (-10dB), deep for its size, and a preference score that reaches 6.20 with an ideal subwoofer. Measured bass extension of 63.0Hz (-3dB).
Cons: The listening window spans 4.1dB from 300Hz to 5kHz and the predicted in-room response is not smooth (0.49), for a preference score of 4.01 without a subwoofer. Sensitivity is a low 84dB. Replaced by the 607 S3. Discontinued.
