Pros: Manufacturer measurements give a 5.46 preference score with an ideal subwoofer and a 2.1dB reference band, and bass reaches 80Hz at -3dB and about 60Hz at -10dB. A 12-inch neodymium woofer and 1.4-inch compression driver, both with 3-inch voice coils, sit in a braced birch cabinet with a rotatable 70° x 55° horn. A rear switch sets passive or bi-amp operation. Measured bass extension of 80Hz (-3dB).
