#1114 Pula Audio Arc: $24.99 Amazon $24.99 eBay
Pros: A budget single dynamic driver earphone at about $25 whose bass and midrange stay within 3.5 dB of target, with sub bass reaching fully to 20 Hz and a warm, smooth tuning. It comes in a 3.5 mm or a USB-C version, and the 2-pin cable is detachable.
Cons: Presence and treble from 2 to 8 kHz sit about 3 to 4 dB under target with a 6 dB dip near 5.1 kHz, so it sounds dark and lacks detail. Low 104 dB sensitivity needs more volume, the score rests on three measurements, and the EPZ G10 scores far higher for even less.

Skip it if
- you want the best value: the higher-rated TRN MT3 costs about $7 less.

Frequency Response
How the Pula Audio Arc measures across the audible range, against the Harman in-ear target that most listeners prefer in blind tests. Where the line sits above the target that range sounds louder (more bass, brighter treble), below it quieter. The curve is the median of 3 independent measurements, so one odd sample or rig cannot skew it, and both lines are shifted so their 500 Hz to 2 kHz average sits at 0 dB.
Measurement data: median of 3 measurements from the squig.link databases of bassaudio, practiphile and silicagel. Thanks to each of them for publishing their work.
