#96 Focal Elex Discontinued eBay
Pros: An open back dynamic with a punchy, dynamic sound: oratory1990’s measurement scores 80 on the Harman scale, and the bass, lower mids and upper mids all sit within about 0.5 dB of target, so vocals and instruments sound natural and lively.
Cons: Discontinued, so it is mainly found used. Sub-bass falls 6 dB below target at 30 Hz, and the treble sits about 4.8 dB low with a 10.2 dB dip near 9.9 kHz, so it lacks some air and sparkle.
