#1116 CVJ Night Elf: $29.99 Linsoul $29.99 eBay
Pros: A budget triple dynamic driver earphone at about $30 whose midrange from 300 Hz to 2 kHz stays within 0.2 dB of target, so voices sound natural. It runs easily from a phone with 105 dB sensitivity.
Cons: Sub bass is about 3 dB below target, upper bass nearly 4 dB above, and a deep 10 dB dip around 5.6 to 5.9 kHz followed by a 6 dB peak near 11.5 kHz makes the treble uneven. Deviation is high at 3.1 dB, and the EPZ G10 scores far higher for less.

Frequency Response
How the CVJ Night Elf measures across the audible range, against the Harman in-ear target that most listeners prefer in blind tests. Where the line sits above the target that range sounds louder (more bass, brighter treble), below it quieter. The curve is the median of 5 independent measurements, so one odd sample or rig cannot skew it, and both lines are shifted so their 500 Hz to 2 kHz average sits at 0 dB.
Measurement data: median of 5 measurements from the squig.link databases of audioamigo, eplv, melatonin, practiphile and pw. Thanks to each of them for publishing their work.
