#1117 BLON BL-A8 Prometheus: $84.99 Discontinued eBay
Pros: A single dynamic driver earphone with bass about 2.8 dB above target and a midrange close to target, giving a warm sound, and 115 dB/mW sensitivity makes it loud from any phone.
Cons: Upper bass sits about 5 dB above target, which thickens the sound, presence is about 3 dB low with a dip near 4 kHz, and a 6.7 dB dip near 10.9 kHz removes air. It is discontinued.

- Reviews, Comparisons and Sound Samples
Frequency Response
How the BLON BL-A8 Prometheus measures across the audible range, against the Harman in-ear target that most listeners prefer in blind tests. Where the line sits above the target that range sounds louder (more bass, brighter treble), below it quieter. The curve is the median of 3 independent measurements, so one odd sample or rig cannot skew it, and both lines are shifted so their 500 Hz to 2 kHz average sits at 0 dB.
Measurement data: median of 3 measurements from the squig.link databases of harpo, hbb and vortexreviews. Thanks to each of them for publishing their work.
