#67 Aune IR300: $135.19 Amazon $135.19 eBay
Pros: A single 10 mm dynamic driver earphone measured by three reviewers, with a preference score of 82 and a low 1.41 dB deviation from target. Sub bass reaches fully to 20 Hz, bass sits about 1 dB above target for a slightly full low end, and the mids and presence are within 0.2 dB. It is very easy to drive at 121 dB.
Cons: Upper bass is about 2.3 dB high, adding warmth, and air above 8 kHz is about 2.6 dB low with a 5.3 dB dip near 10.6 kHz, so cymbals sound a little subdued.
Is the Aune IR300 right for you?

- Reviews, Comparisons and Sound Samples
Frequency Response
How the Aune IR300 measures across the audible range, against the Harman in-ear target that most listeners prefer in blind tests. Where the line sits above the target that range sounds louder (more bass, brighter treble), below it quieter. The curve is the median of 3 independent measurements, so one odd sample or rig cannot skew it, and both lines are shifted so their 500 Hz to 2 kHz average sits at 0 dB.
Measurement data: the median of 3 independent measurements from the squig.link databases of aftersound, elrics and silicagel. Thanks to each of them for publishing their work.
