Short answer: the WiiM Sub Pro. It ranks #116 of 212 subwoofers by sound quality, rated 3.6/5, at $479; the ELAC Debut 3.0 DS103 ranks #156, rated 3.5/5, at $479. Close enough in price that the sound-quality gap is the deciding factor.
Why pick the WiiM Sub Pro: Independent CEA-2010 testing records 77.4 dB at 20 Hz and 111.8 dB through 40-80 Hz. The tradeoff: The 398.8H x 299.7W x 322.6D mm cabinet and 35.3 lbs (16.0 kg) mass still need deliberate placement.
What the ELAC Debut 3.0 DS103 does well: The 10” sealed subwoofer of ELAC’s Debut 3.0 line, which follows the Debut 2.0 range of the ELAC SUB3010. The tradeoff: No independent measurements yet, so its output can’t be compared with ranked subwoofers.
Buy the WiiM Sub Pro. It is rated higher for sound quality than the ELAC Debut 3.0 DS103 at the same price, so only choose the other one for a particular feature it does better.
About the ratings: the ELAC Debut 3.0 DS103’s rating is estimated from measured siblings and predecessors rather than its own measurements, with a likely range of 3.1 to 3.9, so this verdict could change once it is measured.

Pros: Independent CEA-2010 testing records 77.4 dB at 20 Hz and 111.8 dB through 40-80 Hz. The ported enclosure with an 8” driver suits a small-to-mid room.
Cons: The 398.8H x 299.7W x 322.6D mm cabinet and 16.0 kg mass still need deliberate placement. Newly launched, so long-term reliability is unproven.

ELAC Debut 3.0 DS103: $479.00 Estimated Amazon eBay
Older model: the ELAC SUB3010 (ranked higher, rated 3.6/5). See every ELAC Debut Subwoofers generation.
Pros: The 10” sealed subwoofer of ELAC’s Debut 3.0 line, which follows the Debut 2.0 range of the ELAC SUB3010. ELAC rates it to 31Hz (-3dB) with a 100W RMS (200W peak) Class D amplifier, and it has LFE, stereo RCA and high-level inputs.
Cons: No independent measurements yet, so its output can’t be compared with ranked subwoofers. Its 100W RMS amplifier is smaller on paper than the SUB3010’s, which limits headroom in larger rooms.
