Short answer: the W-King T11. It ranks #38 of 76 boombox speakers by sound quality, rated 3.3/5, at $150; the Turtlebox Gen 3 ranks #71, rated 2.1/5, and costs $430, so there is not much of a tradeoff to weigh.
Why pick the W-King T11: A capable, weather-resistant party speaker with dual 5.25-inch woofers, a measured -10dB bass point around 43Hz, 112dB maximum output, mic/karaoke input, USB/microSD playback, TWS pairing and low-latency aux. Watch for: The tuning can sound hollow through the mids, so deep bass does not always translate to natural vocals or instruments.
What the Turtlebox Gen 3 does well: Waterproof and crushproof, loud with punchy bass. The tradeoff: Sounds basically identical to the original and the Gen 2: each generation mainly added features, not sound quality.
Buy the W-King T11. It is rated higher for sound quality than the Turtlebox Gen 3 and costs less, so only choose the other one for a particular feature it does better.
If battery life is a priority, the Turtlebox Gen 3 is rated for 25 hours versus 10 hours for the W-King T11.

W-King T11: $113.53 Amazon AliExpress eBay
Pros: A capable, weather-resistant party speaker with dual 5.25-inch woofers, a measured -10dB bass point around 43Hz, 112dB maximum output, mic/karaoke input, USB/microSD playback, TWS pairing and low-latency aux. Its deep bass and 5.1kg size make it a strong option when punch and portability matter more than audiophile refinement. Measured bass extension of 43Hz (-10dB).
Cons: The tuning can sound hollow through the mids, so deep bass does not always translate to natural vocals or instruments. There is no app-based fine EQ, battery life is only a claimed 10 hours, and the external power brick is less convenient than USB-C charging.

Turtlebox Gen 3: $430.00 Amazon eBay
Older models: the Turtlebox Gen 2 (rated 2.1/5) and the Turtlebox (rated 2.1/5).
Pros: Waterproof and crushproof, loud with punchy bass. 25+ hour battery life. USB-C charging and USB-C output charges other devices. True multi-speaker Party Mode added on top of stereo pairing, plus Bluetooth 5.4. Measured bass extension of ~65Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Sounds basically identical to the original and the Gen 2: each generation mainly added features, not sound quality. They pretty much lie about all their specs and sound horrible in all youtube sound samples. Will never hit its claimed 120db at a reasonable measuring distance. Putting your db meter right against the speaker doesn’t count, 1 meter distance is the standard. Barely any bass. Rattles at high volume. Looking at it, it appears to be a generic car 2-way 6x9 speaker in a plastic box.
