Short answer: the Xdobo X8 for output, the Tribit Stormbox Mini+ for water resistance and features, though neither ranks well in its class. The X8 is rated 60W with IPX5, a 15-hour battery, Bluetooth 5.0, TWS and a single full-range driver, but its midrange is harsh and its highs rolled off. The Mini+ is IPX7 waterproof with app EQ presets, AAC, TWS, USB-C and a built-in mic, though it is not a great sounding speaker and its bass is really weak. Both are rated below 3.0/5 among the 179 medium speakers; for better sound, the EarFun Uboom L ranks #2 at $49.79.
Buy the Tribit Stormbox Mini+. It is rated higher for sound quality and still sold new, while the Xdobo X8 is discontinued.
