Short answer: the Teufel Rockster Go. It ranks #103 of 136 medium speakers by sound quality; the Tribit Stormbox Mini+ ranks #110.
What the Teufel Rockster Go gets right: Clear mid-range with bright treble, wide soundstage via Dynamore processing, IP67 waterproof and durable, solid battery life, compact design with carrying strap. The tradeoff: Rolled off treble, muffled sound, mids sound strange.
What the Tribit Stormbox Mini+ offers: IPX7 waterproof, app support with EQ presets and AAC codec, true wireless stereo (TWS) capability, USB-C charging, built-in mic for calls, AUX input, microSD card playback. Set against that: Not a great sounding speaker, really weak bass.
One note: the Teufel Rockster Go is discontinued, but it still ranks #103 of 136 medium speakers by sound quality, ahead of most of what is still sold new, so it is worth considering used.
Buy the Teufel Rockster Go if sound quality matters more than the price. Buy the Tribit Stormbox Mini+ if the price matters more than sound quality.
If sound quality matters at all to you, skip both of these and look higher up the 136 medium speakers instead.
