Short answer: the Teufel Rockster Go 2. It ranks #91 of 164 medium speakers by sound quality, rated 3.2/5, at $129.99; the Ultimate Ears Boom 3 ranks #111, rated 2.9/5, and costs $134.99, so there is not much of a tradeoff to weigh.
The Teufel Rockster Go 2 is the better-sounding pick. At 1.6 lbs (0.74 kg), the IP67 Rockster Go 2 is genuinely easy to carry, and its claimed 28-hour battery life, USB-C fast charging, stereo pairing, and tripod mount suit outdoor use. It supports AAC Bluetooth, which the Ultimate Ears Boom 3 lacks. It charges over USB-C rather than Micro USB. The tradeoff: There is no companion app or 3.5 mm input.
Why pick the Ultimate Ears Boom 3: Rich and warm bass without muddying mix, crisp highs, excellent 15-hour battery life, stable Bluetooth connectivity, IP67 rated and floats, rugged fabric shell, can pair up to 150 speakers via PartyUp. The catch: Not stereo, barely any bass, recessed treble.
Buy the Teufel Rockster Go 2. It is rated higher for sound quality than the Ultimate Ears Boom 3 and costs less, so it is the default pick unless a specific strength of the other one matters more to you.

Teufel Rockster Go 2: $129.99 Amazon eBay
Older model: the Teufel Rockster Go (ranked lower, rated 2.6/5).
Pros: At 0.74 kg, the IP67 Rockster Go 2 is genuinely easy to carry, and its claimed 28-hour battery life, USB-C fast charging, stereo pairing, and tripod mount suit outdoor use. Independent listening found a balanced, clear midrange and tuneful bass at sensible levels.
Cons: There is no companion app or 3.5 mm input. Reviewers found it loses some definition at maximum volume, and the claimed battery figure is optimistic for loud outdoor playback.

Ultimate Ears Boom 3: $134.99 Amazon eBay
Newer model: the Ultimate Ears Boom 4, ranked higher, rated 2.9/5.
Pros: Rich and warm bass without muddying mix, crisp highs, excellent 15-hour battery life, stable Bluetooth connectivity, IP67 rated and floats, rugged fabric shell, can pair up to 150 speakers via PartyUp. Measured bass extension of 91Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Not stereo, barely any bass, recessed treble. You can tell from the micro USB that they are just feeding you the same crap hardware over and over, this is inexcusable for a product released in 2021. Lots of mentions of failing batteries on amazon. Not technically a 360 speaker, only front and rear.
