The case for the Soundboks 2: Built for maximum outdoor output: its two 10-inch woofers and silk-dome tweeter reach a claimed 124dB, while the removable battery is rated for up to 40 hours. The tradeoff: At 15kg it is large to transport, lacks weather protection, app EQ and TWS stereo pairing, and relies on an external charging arrangement.

Tight bass, solid build, clean full-range guitar output (legitimate practice amp). XLR mic/instrument/aux inputs with companion XLR daisy-chain. USB-A device charging. Party Link Stereo pairs two units wirelessly. Measured bass extension of ~52Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Peaky midrange, not very natural sounding. Starts to get distorted above half volume. Only available in Europe. Discontinued.
