The Teufel’s own limits are bass that is not as deep as others in the category, a bass port that can make noise and no water rating.
Buy the Teufel Boomster NG (2017) only if you find one used in good condition; both are discontinued, and it is the better rated of the two. For a new speaker, start with the Tribit Stormbox Blast instead.
Water resistance is not close: the JBL Boombox is rated at IPX5 (water jets), well ahead of the Teufel Boomster NG (2017) at no water resistance.
