Short answer: the Soundcore Select Pro. It ranks #15 of 77 large speakers by sound quality at $80; the Bose SoundLink Plus ranks #22 and costs $199, so there is not much of a tradeoff to weigh.
On the Soundcore Select Pro side: Sounds almost exactly like the Motion Boom. Set against that: Boosted bass, rolled off treble.
The case for the Bose SoundLink Plus: IP67 rated, IP67 water/dustproof. The tradeoff: Boosted thuddy bass, but not as deep as the SoundLink Flex and you should probably just buy one of those instead if you want a Bose.
Buy the Soundcore Select Pro. It ranks higher for sound quality than the Bose SoundLink Plus and costs less, so there is no real case for the other one.
