The Soundcore Glow is the better-sounding, deeper-bass pick. Nice light show. Its bass reaches about 54Hz before falling 10dB, against 76Hz for the Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 3. Alan Ross Reviews measured it at 100dB at full volume, against 87dB for the Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 3. It supports AAC Bluetooth, which the Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 3 lacks. The catch: Bass falls off quickly at louder volumes, leaving mostly treble; distortion on bass-heavy tracks at full volume.
The Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 3 is the lighter pick. IP67 rated, floats, and is rated to survive a 5 ft drop onto hard surfaces. At 0.9 lbs (420 g) it weighs much less than the Soundcore Glow at 1.8 lbs (800 g). The tradeoff: Not stereo, barely any bass.
Buy the Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 3, since the Soundcore Glow is discontinued and only worth hunting down used.

Pros: Nice light show. Treble boosted 7db. Not technically a 360 speaker, only front and rear. Measured bass extension of 54Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Bass falls off quickly at louder volumes, leaving mostly treble; distortion on bass-heavy tracks at full volume. Light effects and bass-boost noticeably shorten battery life. USB-C port doesn’t support power-bank charging. Discontinued and no longer sold new.

Cons: Not stereo, barely any bass. Boosted 93Hz upper bass. Cuts bass heavily at high volume. You can tell from the micro USB that they are just feeding you the same crap hardware over and over, this is inexcusable for a product released in 2022. Not technically a 360 speaker, only front and rear.
