Short answer: the Klipsch Groove, if you are buying new. The Soundcore Glow ranks higher than it (#47 vs #105 of 157 medium speakers, 3.6/5 vs 2.8/5) but is discontinued, so only consider it used; the Klipsch Groove is still sold new at $9.
The Soundcore Glow is the better-sounding, longer-running choice. Nice light show. It is rated for 18 hours of battery against 8 for the Klipsch Groove. It is rated IP67 against IPX4 for the Klipsch Groove. It links with other speakers (PartyCast up to 100 speakers), which the Klipsch Groove cannot. The tradeoff: Bass falls off quickly at louder volumes, leaving mostly treble; distortion on bass-heavy tracks at full volume.
The case for the Klipsch Groove: Pretty balanced sound in a compact, splash-resistant form factor. It keeps a wired aux input, which the Soundcore Glow lacks. Watch for: Bass doesn’t go as deep as class leaders.
Buy the Klipsch Groove, since the Soundcore Glow is discontinued and only worth hunting down used.

Soundcore Glow: $80 Discontinued eBay
