Short answer: the SVS SB-2000 Pro. It ranks #58 of 146 subwoofers by sound quality, rated 3.8/5, at $899. The RSL (Rogersound Labs) Speedwoofer 10S MKII ranks #88, rated 3.6/5, at $499, $400 cheaper, a saving that is not big enough to make up the sound-quality gap.
The two take opposite approaches to the same job. The Speedwoofer is a 10-inch ported design with a 400W RMS (1020W peak) XDR amplifier and a DSP with two modes: an LFE mode tuned for extension down to 22Hz, and a Music mode tuned for tighter response. The SB-2000 Pro is a sealed 12-inch design with a 550W RMS, 1500W peak Sledge amplifier, aiming for the smoother rolloff a sealed box gives up in favor of one that reaches lower.
In measured output, the SB-2000 Pro is ahead. At the CEA-2010-A average across 40 to 80Hz, the SB-2000 Pro measures 114.7 dB in Erin’s Audio Corner’s testing against 112.1 dB for the Speedwoofer in Audioholics’ testing, and it leads at every band from 20Hz to 80Hz, by 2.5 dB at 20Hz and about 8 dB at 25Hz. The two were tested by different outlets, so treat gaps of a dB or so with caution.
What the SB-2000 Pro adds: full smartphone app control with parametric EQ, a 5-year warranty, and a sealed cabinet many buyers prefer for tighter, more predictable bass in a compact footprint. The Speedwoofer’s warranty isn’t listed, but it does include a built-in wireless receiver the SB-2000 Pro lacks.
Buy the Speedwoofer 10S MKII if saving $400 matters more to you than the SB-2000 Pro’s extra output and app-based EQ control.
Buy the SB-2000 Pro if you want a sealed enclosure and full parametric EQ from SVS’s app, and the extra cost isn’t a concern.

Older model: the RSL (Rogersound Labs) Speedwoofer 10S (ranked lower, rated 3.4/5).
Pros: 10-inch ported with 400W RMS (1020W peak) XDR amplifier. DSP with dual modes (LFE mode for 22Hz extension, Music mode for tight response). Quick tight musical bass at excellent $499 price. Wireless receiver built-in.
Cons: The ported cabinet is big and heavy for a 10 inch subwoofer, at 18.4 kg and about 39 x 38 x 40 cm, and its rear port needs some space from the wall. Output falls to 89dB at 15Hz, and its 40 to 80Hz average of 112.1dB is a little below the sealed SVS SB-1000 PRO’s 113.9dB.

Pros: A compact sealed 12-inch subwoofer, about 37cm on each side, with a 550W RMS (1,500W peak) Sledge amplifier and SVS’s smartphone app for volume, crossover, phase, room gain compensation and parametric EQ from the listening seat. Erin’s Audio Corner measured a 114.7dB CEA-2010-A average from 40 to 80Hz, and SVS rates it at 19-240Hz within 3dB.
Cons: Output is modest next to larger or ported subwoofers: Erin’s Audio Corner measured about 102.5dB at 20Hz, and he judged the SB-3000, about $200 more, the better value for its considerably higher output. Sealed designs this size run out of headroom sooner in large rooms.
