Short answer: the Reaction Audio PV-15X for output, the Rythmik FV15HP for an easier install. The PV-15X’s 15-inch ported driver posts 126.2dB CEA-2010-A average, but it is passive and needs a separate external amplifier, and it weighs 68 kg (149.9 lbs). The FV15HP reaches 122.0dB CEA-2010-A average at a lighter 52 kg (114.6 lbs), though it carries a premium price and depends on room gain.
Buy the Rythmik FV15HP new; the Reaction Audio PV-15X is no longer sold new, so it only makes sense as a used find.
