Short answer: both are discontinued, so this only matters if you are buying used. Used, the Polk Audio PSW 110 is the better pick: it ranks #61 of 167 subwoofers by sound quality (rated 3.8/5), against #15 (rated 3.6/5) for the Polk Audio PSW 111. If you want one new, the Monoprice SW-12 ranks #7 at $266.37.

What the Polk Audio PSW 110 does well: 10-inch ported with 100W RMS.
The case for the Polk Audio PSW 111: Independent CEA-2010 testing records 72.6 dB at 20 Hz and 112.2 dB through 40-80 Hz. The catch: Deep-bass output is limited relative to its midbass result, so it is not the right choice for the lowest movie effects.
Buy the Polk Audio PSW 110 only if you find one used in good condition; both are discontinued, and it is the better rated of the two. For a new speaker, start with the Monoprice SW-12 instead.

Polk Audio PSW 111: $289.22 Discontinued Amazon eBay
Pros: Independent CEA-2010 testing records 72.6 dB at 20 Hz and 112.2 dB through 40-80 Hz. The ported, bottom enclosure with 8” (203mm) driver is best suited to upper-bass support in a modest room.
Cons: Deep-bass output is limited relative to its midbass result, so it is not the right choice for the lowest movie effects. The 308.1H x 279.4W x 330.2D mm cabinet and 9.2 kg mass still need deliberate placement and calibration. Discontinued.
