Short answer: the Oontz Angle 3 Ultra for battery life, the Tribit Stormbox Mini+ for features, though neither ranks well in its class. The Oontz runs 20+ hours, with some reviewers seeing 22-24 hours at 50% volume, though it has very little bass with horrible upper bass thud at higher levels. The Tribit adds IPX7 waterproofing, app support with EQ presets and an AAC codec, true wireless stereo capability, USB-C charging and a built-in mic for calls, though it is not a great sounding speaker with really weak bass. Both are rated below 3.0/5 among the 179 medium speakers, so if sound quality matters, consider the EarFun Uboom L instead, ranked #2 at $49.79.
Buy the Tribit Stormbox Mini+. It is rated higher for sound quality than the Oontz Angle 3 Ultra at the same price, so only choose the other one for a particular feature it does better.
Battery life favors the Oontz Angle 3 Ultra: rated for 20 hours against 12 hours for the Tribit Stormbox Mini+.
