Short answer: the Marshall Emberton III on measured sound quality, the Wisetiger F10 on price, though neither ranks well in its class. The Marshall Emberton III ranks #110 of 150 medium speakers, rated 2.7/5, at $160.99. The Wisetiger F10 ranks #123, rated 2.5/5, at $25.76, $135.23 cheaper. Both are rated below 3.0/5 among the 150 medium speakers, so if sound quality matters, consider the Earfun Uboom L instead, ranked #1 at $49.79.
The case for the Marshall Emberton III: 30 hour battery life: among the best in its class; a 20 min quick-charge gives 4 hours. The catch: Strange unnatural echo-like sound coloration, bass not as deep as competitors.
What the Wisetiger F10 does well: 25W output power, IPX7 waterproof, 24-hour battery life, Bluetooth 5.3 with 30m range, RGB multicolor LED light show, TWS stereo pairing, AUX input, USB-C charging, built-in microphone, lightweight 550g. The catch: Mids and treble on the harsh side, not much bass.
Buy the Marshall Emberton III if sound quality is the priority over the price, or the Wisetiger F10 if the price is the priority over sound quality.

Older model: the Marshall Emberton II (ranked lower, rated 2.7/5).
Pros: 30 hour battery life: among the best in its class; a 20 min quick-charge gives 4 hours. IP67 rated, durable rubbery build using 50% recycled plastic. Measured bass extension of 62Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Strange unnatural echo-like sound coloration, bass not as deep as competitors. Not technically a 360 speaker, only front and rear. Not very loud. Not really any different from the Emberton II except having the treble turned down a little bit.
