Short answer: the Marshall Emberton III for better sound quality, the Doss Soundbox Pro for the lower price, though neither ranks well in its class. The Marshall Emberton III ranks #110 of 150 medium speakers, rated 2.7/5, at $160.99. The Doss Soundbox Pro ranks #143, rated 2.1/5, at $49.99, $111 cheaper. Both are rated below 3.0/5 among the 150 medium speakers, so if sound quality matters, consider the Earfun Uboom L instead, ranked #1 at $49.79.
The case for the Marshall Emberton III: 30 hour battery life: among the best in its class; a 20 min quick-charge gives 4 hours. The catch: Strange unnatural echo-like sound coloration, bass not as deep as competitors.
Why pick the Doss Soundbox Pro: 20W output, waterproof (IPX6), excellent battery life (20 hours), extra bass button and LED lights, MicroSD card support, dual woofer drivers. The tradeoff: Barely any bass.
Buy the Marshall Emberton III if sound quality is the priority over the price, or the Doss Soundbox Pro if the price is the priority over sound quality.
If battery life is a priority, the Marshall Emberton III is rated for 32 hours versus 20 hours for the Doss Soundbox Pro.

Marshall Emberton III: $160.99 Amazon eBay
Older model: the Marshall Emberton II (ranked lower, rated 2.7/5).
Pros: 30 hour battery life: among the best in its class; a 20 min quick-charge gives 4 hours. IP67 rated, durable rubbery build using 50% recycled plastic. Measured bass extension of 62Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Strange unnatural echo-like sound coloration, bass not as deep as competitors. Not technically a 360 speaker, only front and rear. Not very loud. Not really any different from the Emberton II except having the treble turned down a little bit.
