Short answer: the Blade Two Meta for dispersion, the Revel F208 for an even on-axis response. The Blade’s four 6.5in mid-bass drivers flank a coincident mid/tweeter for matched ~50 degree horizontal dispersion, though a 2dB dip and slight resonance around 200Hz remain. The F208’s CEA2034 spinorama shows a fairly even on-axis response with sensitivity matching spec at ~87-88dB, but some directivity error and ripple sit right at the 2.2kHz crossover. The Revel F208 is discontinued; its replacement is the Revel F228Be.
Buy the KEF Blade Two Meta. It is rated higher for sound quality and still sold new, while the Revel F208 is discontinued.
